another fun fact about me: i love to paint.
one of my goals for this project is to incorporate my deep passion for art with conservation efforts. i have always enjoyed painting and believe it is a great resource that can be used to bridge the gap between science and the general public.
i usually work with oil on canvas, but have recently been experimenting with watercolor and acrylic on upcycled wood.
